  • How do I get a referrral?

    We work with the referral sources directly. Please have your caseworker or social worker contact us directly. Have them call the office at 317-787-3412.

  • What kind of items can I request?

    We mostly have clothing and diapers. However we sometimes have other items as well so please have your referral source put down what you need and we will try our best to add items for your child(ren).

  • Will I get everything I ask for?

    No, we are a small non-profit and based on donations only. So we may or may not have requested items.

  • Are all items new?

    We except new and gently used donations. So these are the items that we give out.

  • How many times can I get assistance?

    We can help 2-3x a year. We will work with your referral source regarding your needs. If you are needing more monthly assistance please email Cheryl at cgarlinger@SECindy.org about joining our support group that meets monthly. Participants of the group gain resources and reserved items just for participants.

  • Do I need to bring ID when I pick up my items?

    No, the ease of using the referral is that they are vouching for you so no identificating is necessary upon pick up.
