“We promise to love your child unconditionally"
Our desire is to have a family; and because we are unable to have children naturally, we believe adoption is the Lord's way of fulfilling that desire. We know you want what's best for your child and we promise to give him or her all the love and support we can. We promise to provide a loving, stable and supportive home for them where they can grow and be who God made them to be. We promise to give them guidance, direction and instruction. We promise lots of hugs, cuddles and prayers. We promise that our home will be a place where they learn about Jesus and how much He loves them. We promise that it will be a warm place where they always feel safe. We promise to teach them from the beginning how beautiful, yet complex, adoption is. We promise to tell them about you and make sure they k now where they came from and how much you love them. Last but not least, we promise that our home will be a place where you are honored and spoken of often and with much love.
Meet Kyle and Heather
Our names are Kyle and Heather. We first "met" online. From the first message to "I do" was nine months. It was safe to say we knew very quickly we were meant to be together. We are truly best friends. We each have our different strengths that complete eachother, but the major common bond we share is our mutual love for God. It is the common bond that shapes every aspect of our lives from how we live individually to how we will raise our children. We always knew we wanted children, but decided to wait a little bit after getting married to try and have a child. It was about a year into our marriage that we decided to begin trying to grow our family. After trying unsuccessfully to conceive, we learned that we are unable to have children naturally. Our families have been touched by adoption and we have several friends that have adopted as well. So, the decision to adopt came very natural to us. Our friends and families are excited for us to adopt.
We don't have any children yet, but meanwhile we enjoy spoiling our dog, Maggie. Maggie is a Doodle: she is the friendliest, cuddliest and most loving dog.
KYLE ON HEATHER
Heather is a beautiful woman inside and out. She is the kindest and most self-less person I know. Always putting other before herself. From staying up all-night making twn dozen cookies for a church event to evenings spent baby-sitting friends and family. If there are children around you can bet either they found Heather or she found them. She is meant to be a mom, and I believe she will make a great one.
HEATHER ON KYLE
Kyle is a kind, generous and honorable man. He's the funniest and most creative person I know. Always willing to help out wherever there's a need. If that means cooking two twenty pound turkeys and two hams for our annual Thanksgiving dinner at church he's that guy. Volunteering on a Saturday at the mission after working all week he's that guy. The kids at church all want to figure out the latest puzzle or riddle he has for them. Our nieces and nephews adore him and he finds every way to show them he loves them. Always coming up with fun things to do when they're together. He's going to be the best Dad and I can't wait for the day he has the opportunity.
Kyle comes from a large family that truly enjoys each other's company. From sledding down the frozen waves of Lake Michigan to donnign a coon-skinned cap for a recorder jam session....they always have a good time together. Kyle and his family often vacation together and enjoy spending the holidays with one another. Kyle is the eldest of three children: he has a 35-year-old sister, who is married with 4 children and he has a 34-year-old brother, who is married with 2 children. He has a close relationship with his brother and sister. Kyle's parents have been married for 39 years and are a great example for having a stable marriage and being loving grandparents. They live less than one hour away and enjoy being grandparents. They cannot wait to spoil Kyle and Heather's child as well.
Heather is the second eldest of four children in a blended family: she has 3 brothers, who are very protective of her. Her family shares a close connection and enjoy spending time together. Heather's family doesn't know a stranger. Anyone who shows up at the the door may arrive as a guest, but leave as family.
Kyle and Heather own a lovely townhome in a family-friendly surburban area of Indianapolis, where shopping, recreation, parks, a library and hospital are locared within several miles.
Kyle enjoys leading the singing at church. Heather loves teaching the kids during vacation bible school. Their church friends and family have shown nothing but love and support during the adoption process. They know the love and support will continue and be shared.
Heather and Kyle are happy to send letters and pictures exchanged through the our agency.
