MEET MARK & ADRI

“We are Mark and Adrienne. We have a loving, stable marriage and will celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary this year. Our precious son, Samuel, is four years old and joined our family via open adoption in 2021. We also have an eight year old golden retriever dog named Arwen.

MARK & ADRI’S FAMILY

Adrienne is the oldest of five sisters. Two of them are married, one with two year old twins, a boy and a girl. Mark has one older brother, who is married with three sons who are ten, eight, and three years old. “All but one sibling lives near us. Together we enjoy trips to the zoo, museums, local parks, and just hanging out at each other’s houses. We are grateful to do life with them and that Samuel gets to grow up with his cousins as his best friends.

Mark’s parents live in a state close by and travel to stay with us for a week at a time about 6 times a year. Adrienne’s parents live close by and her mom comes over weekly to hang out with Samuel so we can have a date night. Samuel adores his grandparents and is properly spoiled by all of them.”

OUR HOME & COMMUNITY

“We live in a four-bedroom home with a large fenced-in yard. Our neighborhood is very safe, with lots of young families, a park, walking paths, and a community pool. The public schools are award winning, and we are also close to an excellent Catholic school and 35 minutes from Adri’s parents’ house.

Our Catholic faith is the north star of how we live our lives. We do our best to love and serve the Lord in all we do. In addition to attending Church every week on Sunday, we participate in small groups to learn about the Lord and pray with our faith community. Adrienne and Sam also belong to a Church playgroup that meets weekly.”
